During treatment it is not necessary to wear anything at all. I usually recommend my patients to undress to their underwear; as this tends to be the most comfortable and allows for the widest variety of treatment techniques. You will have complete privacy while getting on and off the table, and will have a warm blanket to cover yourself. During treatment, only the areas that are treated will be uncovered. You will never be fully exposed, and special care will be made to accommodate your comfort level. If you prefer to leave other articles of clothing on, or remain fully dressed — this is also completely fine, although it may limit massage techniques used.
I recommend that you wear something loose and comfortable to your appointment for when you get dressed afterwards; as not having compression on your skin will allow for the blood and lymphatic systems to circulate and continue the benefits of your massage.

Please let me know! I treat intuitively based on what I'm feeling in your tissues, but I cannot read your mind. If you want more or less pressure, are too hot or cold, need to change position, want more time spent on a certain area (etc..) I want to know! Your feedback helps me know what is most comfortable for you and allows me to better cater my treatment to your individual needs.

I use 100% pure sunflower oil. It is extremely gentle for all skin types, light, and non comodogenic. It also contains compounds and antioxidants that provide benefit to the skin.
I also offer medicinal herbal massage. These oils are quality crafted Ayurvedic herbal blends using traditional herbal formulations. I have several blends that I choose from depending on the needs of each individual.
If you have sensitivities to massage oils or lotions please let me know.

I have an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited school in Canada. In Canada, Massage Therapy is a regulated health care profession and is reputed for having some of the highest and most respected standards in the world. I have undergone intensive years of study, and am registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). To be registered with the CMTO you have to demonstrate your competency in the field through both written and practical examinations and succeed with over 70% accuracy. I am also registered with the RMTAO which is the massage association in Ontario.
Although Massage is not regulated in Australia, I am looking to be a member of the Massage Association of Australia (MAA) which will allow accreditation to my competency here.

Currently, I am not registered to accept health funds in Australia. I charge much less than most therapists with my qualification level to reflect this.
