I try to recall all that has cultivated my experience. All that has shaped me into my current expression. The thread followed that weaves this story — I’m still learning how it stitches together. People, places, pain, tenderness, longing — Love. It’s all part of it: this Life I’m living.
I owe it to both nature and nurture. I was raised in a small rural community in Ontario (Canada), where I found home in the land and in my body. I see what has been shown to me, from those so dear and close. I see what I do reflected in my lineage, like a genetic seed that wishes to continue growing. The thread didn’t start with me — I look for where it connects us together, where it connects us to all that is. I am moved by wonderment. I am moved by the desire to find pattern, relatedness, and connection — to find wholeness. This is where I stand from; caught in the numinous mystery of life, emulating only from what I know now.
The services I offer have formed from this place, from nature and nurture, and the synthesis of the two. In my practice, I aim to create a space for each person to explore their inner landscape, reconnect with their body, and sense the deeper patterns that shape them. My treatments are guided by what emerges in each moment, blending structured techniques with a deep listening to what the body needs. I believe in the therapeutic power of touch and the body’s inherent wisdom, knowing that healing can be as much about reawakening connection as it is about releasing pain.
